We ship orders Monday-Thursday, 9AM-10AM / Friday, 9AM-12PM.

For orders over $500, we require a signature for delivery.

You are responsible for providing a secure and correct shipping address.

MaryLou is not responsible for any delays or loss if the wrong shipping address is provided.

MaryLou does not ship to any P.O. boxes.
